This Vampire’s Kiss Martini will make the perfect addition to your upcoming Halloween parties. Vanilla vodka, Amaretto and pineapple juice make this cocktail sweet and flavorful. The addition of a bloody rim made from corn syrup and chocolate syrup creates a spooky presentation.
Each year, I try to create a new Halloween cocktail and this one has to be up there with my Melted Witch Martini. Both martinis are sweet with colorful and festive rims. A fun prop of vampire’s fangs really adds the finishing touch to this fun cocktail.
The fake blood adds such a fun touch and can also be used to create other Halloween cocktails. I also, used it on top of my Zombie Brain Jello shots. It would also be great for drizzling on dessert trays and for a costume prop. A coarse ground sugar mixed with a bit of red food coloring adds the perfect finishing touch.
If you prefer a stronger martini, feel free to increase the vodka to 3 oz. in place of a shot of pineapple juice. You can also use plain vodka if you don’t have vanilla on hand.
The red, sugar rim is made by mixing a few drops of red food coloring in with coarse ground sugar. Complete the rim by running a lime wedge over the top of the glass before dipping onto a plate with the sugar. You can also, use red sugar sprinkles.
The fake blood is simple to make. You will just need corn syrup, a bit of chocolate sauce and red food coloring. I used the below ratios for the perfect bloody color and texture. Feel free to use a bit more of each ingredient as needed for the desired color.
Drizzle the fake blood over the vampire fangs and down the side of the martini glass for a creepy effect. I pierced martini picks through the teeth, but you can also just place them over the rim of the glass.

This Vampire's Kiss Martini will make the perfect addition to your upcoming Halloween parties. Vanilla vodka, Amaretto and pineapple juice make this cocktail sweet and flavorful. The addition of a bloody rim made from corn syrup and chocolate syrup creates a spooky presentation.
Prepare the fake blood by mixing the corn syrup, red food coloring and chocolate syrup in a small bowl. Stir until combined.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and food coloring; stir until the color is evenly distributed.
Run a lime slice around the rim of the martini glass or dip it into honey.
Dip the glass rim into a plate with the red-colored sugar. Coat until even.
In a martini shaker, add around 1 c. of ice, the vanilla vodka, Amaretto, pineapple juice and Half & Half. Shake until chilled.
Pour into the prepared martini glass. Add vampire fangs (optional).
Lightly drizzle the vampire's fangs, top of the drink and edge of the rim with fake blood.

This Baileys Chocolate Mint Martini is a fun way to bring a little green to your spring or St. Patrick’s Day. It is so flavorful with Baileys, Peppermint Schnapps, vanilla vodka and Crème de Cacao.
I made it through another Girl Scout cookie season with plenty of extra boxes to spare. I may have felt a little bad about the changes this year and purchased a few or ten too many. What better way to use them up than to make an inspired martini with a Thin Mint cookie garnishment!
This creamy martini is just so flavorful and like drinking one of these popular cookie delights. Feel free to leave out the green food coloring if that isn’t your jam. However, I strongly advise to ensure a nice floating of whipped cream and chocolate shreds make it to the top of every glass.
I prefer to use a glass cocktail shaker with measuring lines like this one here. Just watch out for some cold fingers! A vigorous shake really cools things up fast. I use this brand of chocolate liqueur, but any will really do with this recipe. Chocolate curls are easily achieved with a veggie peeler like this one. Just run the peeler down the side of your preferred candy bar (I prefer dark chocolate).
If you enjoyed this cookie-inspired Baileys Chocolate Mint Martini, be sure to check out my Samoa Cookie Martini. A Key Lime Pie Martini or Orange Creamscicle Mimosa are two of my most popular spring cocktails.

This Crockpot Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate is perfect for entertaining! Pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin spice and white chocolate chips forge (like Mount Doom) this creamy, dreamy delight. Make an adult version by adding a shot of Butterscotch Schnapps or Rum Chata to your glass!
No one can blame you for adding a shot of Rum Chata or Butterscotch Schnapps to your over-sized mug (I may or may not have added 2). Leave it to me to turn any kind of drink into a cocktail! It kind of reminds me of my Baileys Peppermint Hot Chocolate…SO good! Just mix it up, cuddle under your blanket and watch a great Christmas flick. I just can’t get enough of Christmas Vacation because, that eggnog just looks so good, so good.
Surprisingly, my picky kids even seemed to enjoy this. That was probably, due to all the whipped cream on top. Thanks to their grandpa, for making them addicted to it! I can’t even have a latte without them running from the 2nd floor of the house to demand a big shot of it. Damned those cans of whipped cream for being so noisy (no joke).

This Caramel Creme Brulee White Russian is inspired by one of my favorite seasonal latte flavors at Starbucks. The addition of vanilla and caramel syrup, a floating of whipped cream, and crushed caramel candies makes this the most decadent drink combination. The Dude would be so pleased and I’m over the moon just thinking about drinking another one!
My love for White Russians began shortly after seeing The Big Lebowski for the first time. This was not a shaken, not stirred type of character situation. The Dude just liked to lead a lifestyle of total leisure while bowling with his favorite drink in hand. Sounds good to me, especially when it includes creamy goodness and vodka!
I’m sure you’ve seen different variations of this drink before, but I really wanted to do something a bit different. I was probably drinking my favorite latte from Starbucks when I had a total cocktail epiphany…need latte and White Russian. I had no luck finding the vanilla syrup included in the latte recipe, so I decided to make my own. A simple syrup is quite easy to make and necessary for many great cocktail recipes. Just combine equal parts sugar and water and bring to a boil until thickened. Remove it from heat and add any additional flavorings.
I may have a hole in my bathroom wall days after selling my house (who would of thought a new light fixture would lead to a plumbing leak), but who cares! OH and yes, the kids are both sick again. No problem man…one of these has successfully made me forget about all my problems. The flavors are just SO good and it feels wonderful to drink my dessert. I love you Kahlua and vodka!
