A Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Martini is a great cocktail to make for the holiday season. This martini has the perfect combination of pumpkin puree, vanilla vodka, Creme De Cocoa, and Butterscotch Schnapps. I am all about drinking my desserts lately and this one satisfies my sweet tooth and need for a good cocktail after a long week #ILoveSaturatedSaturday! If you love a good dessert martini, you have come to the right place!
I can’t believe it is already October! It is time to start thinking about my menu for Thanksgiving and more importantly, what drinks I will be serving. My obsession with all things pumpkin right now meant that I had to create a pumpkin flavored martini that will be perfect for any fall celebration! I initially was going to just make a pumpkin pie martini, but after strenuous taste testing (someone’s gotta do it) I came to the conclusion that pumpkin is just so much better with chocolate! I can’t resist adding that dollop of whipped cream and graham cracker rim to my martinis to make them more like a true dessert pie…so yummy!
This weekend is the perfect excuse to drink here in St. Louis for all of us die hard sports fans here! We have the beginning of the Cardinal’s playoff series and the first game of the season for the St. Louis Blues. I just can’t get enough of these teams. I commented to my husband that we have to do a Cardinal Cocktail for next weekend and hopefully, celebrate them moving on in the playoffs. Go Cards!!!
Be sure to check back every Saturday for more great Saturated Saturday cocktail recipes. Cheers!!!
