These Slow Cooker Hot Wings are so easy and deeeeelicious with the perfect combination of sweet, tangy and spicy! Â Warning, you will not be able to stop eating these!!! Â I just love making my wings with St. Louis style sauce, but don’t want the mess of deep frying. Â The solution is simple, throw them in a crockpot for a melt-in-your-mouth chicken wings. Â If you like a little extra crispiness, you can always throw them in the oven for a bit before serving. Â
The inspiration for this recipe comes from a local favorite bar, Syberg’s. Â It is literally the only place I will actually order wings from. Â They have the best sauce ever…not too spicy or sweet (perfection).
Okay, so I think that I officially tortured my husband with these today. Â He got home from work and really wanted to gobble these babies up. Â However, he had to wait for me to take pictures of them first! Â After finally having his “sample”, he immediately mentioned that I should make them again along with Spicy Biscuits and Gravy. Â I think there seems to be a pattern here…spicy, spicy and more spicy is the key to a man’s heart (at least this one’s). Â We always have buffalo and hot sauce in our fridge. Â You can dump it on just about anything to add a little spice to your life.
I am really enjoying my time off from work this week! Â It has finally afforded me the opportunity to clean out my dreaded closet. Â OMG…it was bad (like an all day project situation)! Â Does anyone else feel like they can never catch up with their laundry? Â I seem to do a load just about every day, but somehow we accumulate even more. Â The neverending story! Â I wonder how many hours we spend on laundry in our lifetime? Â Anyway, that is my laundry tangent for today.
If you also enjoy a little spice in your life, then you should also try out our Spicy Biscuits and Gravy with buffalo sauce. Â Some things are just worth a bit of heartburn!
