Bailey Chocolate Mint Martini

his Baileys Chocolate Mint Martini is a fun way to bring a little green to your spring or St. Patrick's Day.  It is so flavorful with Baileys, Peppermint Schnapps, vanilla vodka and Creme de Cacao.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Baileys
  • .75 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1.5 oz. Vanilla Vodka
  • .75 oz. Creme de Cacao
  • 1.5 oz. Half & Half
  • 3 drops green food coloring (optional)

Garnishments:

  • 1 floating Whipped Cream
  • 1-2 tbsps. Chocolate Shreds
  • 1 whole Thin Mint Cookie

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, around 1 C. of ice, Baileys, Peppermint Schnapps, Vanilla Vodka, Creme de Cacao Liqueur and green food coloring (optional).

  2. Shake until chilled and strain into a martini glass.

  3. Add a generous floating of whipped cream.


  4. Top with chocolate shreds and a Thin Mint cookie if desired.
