Berry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

A refreshing medley of bananas, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries make this a healthy and refreshing way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Banana
  • 6 Medium Size Strawberries
  • 1/4 C. Blueberries I used frozen
  • 1/4 C. Raspberries
  • 1/2 C. Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 C. Orange Juice
  • 1/2 C. Crushed Ice

Instructions

  1. Add banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, vanilla yogurt, orange juice and crushed ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. You can add 2 tbsp. of ground flaxseed or fresh parsley for an additional boost of vitamins and antioxidants.
