Bleed Blue Martini

The Bleed Blue cocktail is royal blue with a yellow sugar rim.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Oz.. Vodka
  • 1.5 Oz. Blue Curacao
  • 2.25 Oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Simple Syrup or sugar
  • Garnishments:
  • Honey
  • Slice of lemon
  • 1/4 C. of Sugar
  • A few drops of yellow food coloring optional

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix food coloring and 1/4 C. of sugar.
  2. Add colored sugar to a small plate.
  3. Dip rim of a martini glass in honey and then sugar until coated.
  4. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with 2 C. of ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and strain into martini glasses.
  5. Garnish with a lemon.
