This Caramel Creme Brulee White Russian is inspired by one of my favorite seasonal latte flavors at Starbucks.  The addition of vanilla and caramel syrup, a floating of whipped cream, and  crushed caramel candies makes this the most decadent drink combination. 

Caramel Creme Brulee White Russian

The White Russian gets a make over with the additional of caramel and vanilla syrups and a whipped cream topping with crushed caramel candies.

Ingredients

  • 3 Oz. Vodka
  • 1.5 Oz. Kahlua
  • 1.5 Oz. Milk or Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Caramel Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Vanilla Syrup
  • Garnishments:
  • Whipped Cream
  • Crushed Werther's Original Caramel Candies
  • Vanilla Syrup:
  • 1 C. Water
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Caramel Syrup

Instructions

  1. Fill an Old Fashioned cocktail glass halfway with ice.
  2. Add vodka, Kahlua, milk, vanilla syrup, caramel syrup (in that order).
  3. Top with a floating of whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce and crushed caramel candies.
  4. Vanilla Syrup:
  5. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
  6. Heat to boiling on Medium/High; stirring frequently until thickened (around 2-3 minutes).
  7. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  8. Allow to cool completely before transferring to a sealed container.
