Crockpot Peach Crisp Oatmeal

Steel-Cut Oats cook overnight in a crockpot with the tantalizing flavors of a Peach Crisp.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Steel Cut Oats
  • 3 C. Skim Milk
  • 1/2 C. Lowfat Buttermilk
  • 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Margarine
  • 2 Fresh Peaches; sliced then quartered
  • 4 Tbsp. Graham Cracker Crumbs

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray the sides and bottom of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add Steel Cut Oats, Milk, Buttermilk, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Margarine and Peaches to a Crockpot.
  3. Cook on Low overnight for 6-8 Hours.
  4. Serve Oatmeal topped with Graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Enjoy!
