
This Fireball Apple Cider Float is the perfect amount of sweet with a little action from the Fireball and Peach Schnapps. A cinnamon sugar rim and caramel sauce top off this delightful fall cocktail.
Dip the rim of a float glass into honey and coat thoroughly.
Dip the coated rim into a plate with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Add around 1 C. of vanilla ice cream to the glass.
Add the Fireball and Peach Schnapps.
Fill the remainder of the glass with apple cider.
Top with caramel sauce, apple slice, cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
