This Fireball Apple Cider Float is the perfect amount of sweet with a little action from the Fireball and Peach Schnapps.  A cinnamon sugar rim and caramel sauce top off this delightful fall cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • .75 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 1 C. Apple Cider
  • 1 C. Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Caramel Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Honey
  • 1 Apple Slice (optional)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a float glass into honey and coat thoroughly.

  2. Dip the coated rim into a plate with the cinnamon sugar mixture.

  3. Add around 1 C. of vanilla ice cream to the glass.

  4. Add the Fireball and Peach Schnapps.

  5. Fill the remainder of the glass with apple cider.

  6. Top with caramel sauce, apple slice, cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
