Ingredients

  • 2 c. firmly packed green spinach
  • 1/2 whole banana
  • 1 whole green apple; chopped
  • 1/2 c. pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 c. milk or milk substitute
  • 1/2 c. white grape juice
  • 1 c. ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender bowl and blend until smooth.
