No need to dirty extra dishes with these creamy, dreamy Slow Cooker Garlic Asiago Mashed Potatoes.

Large Yukon Gold Potatoes

Chicken Broth

of Garlic; roughly chopped

Cream Cheese; cut into small cubes

Shredded Asiago Cheese

White Pepper

Fresh Chives; roughly chopped

Butter

Salt to taste

Wash, peel potatoes and cut into large cubes.

Add potatoes and garlic to crockpot, top with chicken broth.

Cook on High for 3 hours or until potatoes are tender when poked with a fork.

Drain around half of the broth before mashing.

Mash potatoes using a potato masher.

Add cream cheese, butter, asiago cheese, white pepper and salt.

Beat until smooth.

Top with fresh chives.

Note: You may prepare a little ahead of time and keep your crockpot on Warm until ready to serve!
You may substitute 2 tbsp. of garlic powder in place of garlic cloves; add it at the same time as the cheese and butter.
