Spiked Lemon Berry Sweet Tea

Add some spice to your tea with fresh lemon juice, berries and plenty of rum.

Ingredients

  • 4 C. Strongly brewed tea; cooled
  • 1 C. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 C. Captain Morgan Rum
  • 1/3 C. Sugar
  • 1 C. Blueberries I used frozen
  • 1 Lemon; thinly sliced
  • Fresh Basil Sprigs

Instructions

  1. Add tea, lemon juice, rum and sugar to a glass pitcher; stir until combined.
  2. Add berries and lemon slices; stir lightly
  3. Serve in a highball glass with plenty of ice and a sprig of fresh thyme.
