In a medium bowl; whisk together egg, greek yogurt, skim milk, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.

In a large bowl; mix together oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.

Add cream mixture to oats and stir.

Add light corn syrup and stir.

Add 1 C. of Strawberries to mixture and stir.

Pour into greased 8X8 inch baking pan.

Top with remaining 1/2 C, of sliced strawberries.

Sprinkle with pecan bits (optional) and 1 tbsp. of light brown sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until top of oatmeal begins to lightly brown and firm.
