Crushed/Chopped Ice

White Sugar

In a tall glass, muddle 5 blackberries and 6 mint leaves until blackberries.

Add Bourbon, Water and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved.

Pour into a glass filled with ice.

Garnish with remaining blackberries and a sprig of fresh mint.
