Cranberry Mimosas

These Cranberry Mimosas with orange liqueur, champagne and cranberry juice are perfect for holiday entertaining.  A sugared rim with rosemary and sugared cranberries makes this cocktail colorful and festive.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Sparkling Moscato or Champagne
  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz. Orange Liqueur

Garnishments

  • 1 sugared or fresh cranberries
  • 1 sugar
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 slice orange

Instructions

  1. Run an orange slice over the rim of a champagne flute and dip the rim of the glass onto a plate of sugar until coated.

  2. Add the cranberry juice and orange liqueur to a champagne flute until around halfway full.

  3. Top the remainder of the flute with champagne and lightly stir.
  4. Garnish with sprigs of rosemary and cranberries if desired.
