Kale and Berry Yogurt Smoothie

A healthy and delicious smoothie with kale, berries, greek yogurt and a touch of cranberry juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. packed Kale
  • 1 C. Strawberries
  • 1/2 C. Blueberries
  • 1/2 C. Raspberries
  • 1 C. Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 C. Cranberry Juice
  • 1 C. Ice not necessary if Frozen fruit is used

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender bowl and blend until smooth.
