Fresh summer vegetables and turkey sausage are seasoned with lemon and basil and served over a bed of whole wheat linguine noodles.

Ingredients
1Box of Whole Wheat Linguine Noodlesor preferred noodles
2C.Broccoli Florets
14Oz.Can Diced Tomatoes
1Medium ZucchiniCubed
1/2Medium Red onionCut into thin slices and halved
1/2lb.Ground Turkey Sausage
1/2Red PepperThinly sliced
1/2C.Chardonnay Wine
2Tsp.Minced Garlic
2Tsp.Corn Starch
Salt and Pepper to taste
5Fresh Basil leavesfinely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Prepare linguine noodles according to package instructions; add broccoli florets to pot during last 2 minutes of boiling.
Separate broccoli from cooked noodles and set aside.
Add ground turkey sausage to skillet; season with minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Saute on Medium Heat until lightly browned.
Remove turkey from skillet and set aside.
Using the same skillet and remnants; add red onion and red pepper; saute on Medium Heat for a few minutes. Add broccoli florets, turkey sausage and can of diced tomatoes.
Add basil, lemon juice, Chardonnay and Corn Starch.
Simmer and stir over Medium heat until sauce slightly thickens.
