Rum Punch

A Jamaican Rum Punch with pineapple, orange and lime juices and a splash of Cherry Grenadine served over ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 C. Pineapple Juice
  • 2 C. Orange Juice
  • 1/4 C. Lime Juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Cherry Grenadine
  • 1 C. Dark Rum I used Appleton Estate Reserve Blend from Jamaica

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pitcher and lightly stir to blend.
  2. Serve in a cocktail glass over ice.
  3. Garnish with a fresh pineapple or lime slice.
  4. Note, you may add an additional shot to the top of your punch glass for the preferred Jamaican presentation.
