
This Vanilla Pudding Banana Bread is so moist and flavorful with chocolate chunks and pecan pieces. Make it in a bundt or loaf pan and personalize it with your favorite nuts and chocolate.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a medium bowl; combine the flour, salt, pudding and baking soda.
Beat together the eggs, sugar, applesauce and oil.
Slowly beat in the flour mixture until combined.
Fold in the bananas, chocolate chunks and pecans into the mixture.
Add mixture to a bundt pan that has been thoroughly greased and floured.
Bake for around one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting.
Allow cake to cool for several minutes, gently cut along edges of pan with a knife before flipping.
Once cooled, top with confectioner's sugar using sifter if desired.
