These Frozen Mango Margaritas are perfect for spring with fresh mangos, golden Tequila, and orange juice. Talk about refreshing…I am getting thirsty just looking at them. They can also be made as virgins or skinny by omitting the alcohol and using Agave Nectar. This is a drink that everyone can enjoy!
This picture brings back sweet memories of me partaking in one (or a few) of these thirst-quenchers. Along with the fact that my hands need a major dose of moisture. Does the blended ice in this drink cancel out the dehydrating effects of the alcohol? 🙂 Oh well…some things are just meant to be enjoyed.
I am so ready for spring weather right now! It has been a little chilly and rainy the last few weekends here in the St. Louis area. It has me daydreaming of being on a beach in the Caribbean while sipping on one of these babies. Hmmm…perhaps a Pina Colada as well! Any frozen cocktail will do right now…LOL!
Last weekend was definitley chaotic with the Easter holiday. We had our epic Easter brunch and brinner. My brother actually ate so much food for brinner on Saturday night that he was unable to join us for brunch the next morning. Now that is what I call a serious eater (#betterwearyourelasticpants)!
All gluttonous revelations aside, it is time to start thinking about Mother’s Day brunch! Yay…I just can’t get enough of this glorious food. I am working on a couple of new additions to add to the archives before then. Until then, be sure to check out 30 Easter Brunch Ideas for even more inspiration from other great food bloggers!
