A Peach Harvest Apple Smoothie is a truly delightful and healthy way to use all those fresh peaches that are at the local markets right now. This recipe is super easy to make and includes juicy fresh peaches, yogurt and applesauce. I can’t stop buying peaches and this is probably the first of several other peach posts!
Smoothies are so great for breakfast and I even make them when I get home from work as a snack. I am trying to eat more fruit on a regular basis and this is one of the tastiest ways to do it! My daughter seems to really love these too, which is great because she only seems to eat carbs right now (she probably got the bread lover gene from me).
I am loving peaches right now and keep thinking of more ways to use them. My next peach recipe will be an overnight peach cobbler oatmeal. Yes, another healthy one…I am still recovering from the S’mores Waffles. However, you peach fans also need to check out my Overnight Peach French Toast recipe. It is so decadent with a warm Rum Chata sauce!
Starting this blog has been quite the learning experience! I just didn’t even consider how many different facets were involved. I absolutely hated my computer based systems class in college, so I never thought I would be attempting to figure out web design (widget whaaat). Let me just say that a lot of cussing has been involved.
