This Fireball Apple Cider Sangria is the perfect fall party cocktail. Fresh apples and cinnamon sticks add to this flavorful cocktail with apple cider, Pinot Grigio, Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey and a splash of ginger ale.
A good sangria is always in order when I host for Halloween or Thanksgiving. It is more festive than a plain bottle of wine and packed with all the fall flavors. I love that it can be prepared ahead of time to avoid the extra mess. That leaves room for all the fun holiday martini mixers such as a, Melted Witch or Candy Corn Martini. Seriously, the only time candy corn enters my mouth is if it is infused with vodka in martini form (so good).
Sangria can be a sneaky beast! Especially, when you add an extra bit of alcohol such as Fireball. The sweetness from the apple cider mixed with the perfectly paired cinnamon whisky does an excellent job of masking any taste of alcohol. It makes for an extra fun night of trick-or-treating and helps keep you warm. The inevitable cold snap and rain always just seems to show it’s ugly face. A fire-pit in the driveway to hand out candy is always a good idea. We got a reasonable one last year the day before Halloween and it is definitely going to be a new tradition. The combination of s’mores and sangria is my version of an adult treat.

- 4 apples; thinly sliced
- 5 C. apple cider
- 1.5 Liter Pinot Grigio
- 1 C. Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 7.5 oz. Ginger ale

Add the apples, cinnamon sticks, apple cider, Pinot Grigio, Fireball and Ginger ale to a large pitcher.

Lightly stir and let stand for at least 30 minutes for best results.
